Just went to GW again on Saturday for my birthday, and they've recently added DDR X2 and removed ITG. So they now have DDR Supernova2, X, and X2. Also, they have a 4 player PacMan game that's amusing as all hell.

With that current info, it seems like that Gameworks would be a pretty solid choice. If we can all work out transportation fairly easily, I'd say we could put that down as the official location for everybody to initially meet on Friday. I'll give people some time to discuss possible transportation issues regarding it in the meantime. (I still have to look into that more specifically myself.)

Okay it seems likely that I'll be renting a car in Chicago. Along with me and Hammy, there are two other people staying in our room at our hotel. So a sedan should be fine. If there are other people who are planning on staying at our hotel and need a ride to GameWorks and wherever else we go, say so. That way I can rent a bigger car. Keep in mind that I will be charging a nominal fee for gas.

I bought my plane tickets today. I'll be arriving at O'Hare at 9:28 AM CST on the Thursday, June 30th. I'm going to stay for one night at the airport in a hotel there. I used miles for tickets and they couldn't get me there on the Friday the 1st. Staying for one night there is worth free tickets. And I think I might go to the Cubs game at Wrigley that day. If anybody is in the area and is free that afternoon, please join me.

EDIT: Oh, and I plan on renting a car in Chicago the next day. If you're depending on me for a ride and I don't know about it yet, you should probably tell me. That way I can get a big FFR party van.

ill be driving a giant van from joliet (south of chicago), to gameworks.. so if anyone in that area needs a ride along my way, i have no problem with picking them up. just let me know via pm.

I highly suggest going to the Airport Hilton while you're there. There is a great sports bar in the basement, I've gone there quite a few times and while the price is a little much, as is to be expected from an airport, I really enjoy the place.

If you do decide to hit up a Cubs game, let me know and I'll try and stop by.
