I don't think I could bring myself to buy a game that I'm not getting a physical copy of. It would have to be around a 2 dollar purchase.

Does anyone know of any cool arcade type games like geometry wars?

Well, if you get the indie packs, they have 5 games for $4.99.

Really? I mean, it's so much easier digitally. Unless you're a collector and plan to 'invest' in video games and resell them fifty years down the line.

the games today are so good holy **** hang on a sec
EDIT:
http://www.reddit.com/r/gaming/comme...ield_2_arma_2/

Battlefield 2, Borderlands, DMC4, Fallout: New Vegas, CS:S, ARMA II, and Torchlight! All on sale at once that isn't fair

Too bad the New Vegas and Borderlands discounts are pretty weak, they're easily the best up there except for Battlefield 2.

Word of warning though: people are saying that Saints Row 2 is the worst PC port in a long time.

EDIT 2: oh my god how could i forget Torchlight? It's a fantastic Diablo clone.

How is DMC4 / Torchlight? Is Borderlands any good?

Edit: Your chart shows DMC4 to be $4.99, but on Steam it shows up as $9.99?

Personally I like digital better because i'm not really going to be saving the case for a game unless it's for console. I like how Steam has it that was because if lets say you lose your game CD or even your CD key that you bought with the hard copy, you're screwed. Steam you can constantly redownload if you reformat, something happens, etc. Just more convenient imo.
I plan on purchasing PLENTY of games because of the great deals. Like the whole GTA library plus all Rockstar games for only $40? I love ALL of the GTA's because they all have their own fun factor so this is going to be awesome : D

Torchlight is great, it's pretty much Diablo 2, but Borderlands is so much goddamn fun. I used to be really into it, I had all the gun makers, parts, tiers, titles, colors, and prefixes memorized so I could tell at a glance whether a gun was tits or trash. I recently started up another LAN playthrough with 3 friends, and the game really ****ing shines there. Just don't let anyone be Mordecai, he's super ****ing lame in the last bit of the game. He just one-shots everything.

DMC4 shows up as 4.99 for me, idk why it's four dollars more for you.

DAY 6

I'm going to take his advice and pick up altitude.

Arkham Asylum I just bought and haven't played yet but it's apparently great.

MW2 is finally down to a normal price but DLC is another ten bux **** that

Dragon Age is great if you're into Bioware rpgs

Monkey Island is awesome but everyone knows that

Civ 5 is Civ you likely already know whether you love it or hate it

Can't wait to see what we can buy tomorrow.

Well, here you are. Today is second chance day!!!!!

Remember that time I told ya'll not to buy games unless they were a daily deal? I bet some of you will be filled with rage and hatred now.

http://www.reddit.com/r/gaming/comme...chance_on_ac2/

Holy poop guys today rocks if you missed a day

First off, these are repeats of the most popular deals, meaning you can't really go wrong here. Get Super Meat Boy and Bad Company 2. Those deals are nuts, you can get both for about ten bux and they'll last you forever. Additionally, I've learned that the fantastic Vietnam expansion for Bad Company is on sale in the EA store for about five dollars. You'll need a British friend to make the purchase for cheap though. The Mass Effect deals are kind of weak but the games themselves are ****ing great. The Witcher is fantastic, a bit dated, but a great game for about 5 bucks. Borderlands was pretty much my personal GotY, but the deals there are kind of weak. Word of mouth says Darksiders is pretty good too, it's like a post-apocalyptic Zelda.

Second off, once again, DO NOT BUY ASSASSIN'S CREED 2. That DRM is ****ing gnarly. Ubisoft's servers are down right now, in fact. Also, Wings of Prey - 3 activations limit starforce DRM. Another avoid.
