The most awesome theme in my opinion is Cyberia Style, I'm using Cyberia Style 4 right now which is the latest one and I'm loving it. The creators are currently working on Cyberia Style 5 which will be pretty cool when it comes out.

I have Cyberia Style 2 and it's great. Awesome sound effects, great menu music, and flawless design. I've been looking for an ITG theme, though.

Known as Playdium for anybody else that knows it.
I currently use Trance Machina 5 Zen Rebirth.
