Re: Speed Mod
FFR's speedmods are similar to C-mods. Songs with different BPMs scroll at the same rate on the same speedmod. x2.0 is close to the C-mod range of 650-700.

Re: Speed Mod
I also think it depends on which version of SM you're using...
...like on SM 3.9, and i put it onto 610, it goes way too fast for me, and on 4.0, it's perfect for me. O_O

Re: Speed Mod
Ummm... you may want to try x3 then. If that's too fast then you can try screen cutting...

but 2x is wayyyyyyy too fast. i'm getting used to 1.75X right now :/ i wouldn't even use c650 on FFR, it'd be too fast, i can read it on SM cuz its such a long screen

Re: Speed Mod
There's a lot of factors involved on FFR that differ from SM. For example, FFR has a small gameplay screen.
Like it's been said, try screencutting, or use 2x speed with a little bit of screencut.

Re: Speed Mod
I can play 3x but the screen too small to play higher then level 7 and screen cutting doesn't change the speed of the arrows just makes the screen even more smaller which is annoying -_- I wantz 2.25x or 2.5x PALUEEEEEZZZZ Synth

Re: Speed Mod
So 3x is c930? o__o
And by the way, screen cutting helps somewhat. The time in which the arrow first appears on the screen to the time in which the arrow leaves the screen is somehow a factor in how you play. Your reaction time and the overall amount of arrows on the screen allows you to focus on an arrow you are about to hit. But seriously, you won't need much of a faster speedmod unless your arrows are extremely close to each other like on For Guru's Only songs. 1.75 was fine with me for awhile. And as Frozen Beat said, your version/theme of SM affects how much height your screen gives you (and maybe your screen resolution?). &lol at "PALUEEEEEZZZZ Synth" |
