Wtf @ the new token - Page 15

I guess that is what I am saying, maybe there would be less drama if we took the specialized token out of the equation all together. The last thing I want is for people to feel uneasy about it. I may be quiet most of the time, I may be working behind the scenes nearly all of the time but I do care about what you guys think and I do care about how you feel. It's important to me that I consult everyone on decisions like this.

I honestly don't see why people would get upset over the token. People haven't raved over the file or anything, and it doesn't count in rankings, and it's a gift that comes along with the purchase of the album. Can someone who is in opposition explain why you dislike this?

I would say, take the specialized token out, and instead of just removing the token that is out now, anyone who purchased it, refund their purchase and then release it to the public to find. Then keep it straight forward with just straight album sales. There is a lot of people on ffr who would buy the albums. I do get the occasional IM on aim or msn "Man I wish I could get that FFR song for my ipod" etc...

Synth, the vast majority, if not all, of the album purchases would be for the token, not the music.

I want the token, and I want the album as well, but just the album isn't enough to make me actually purchase it. That's why this is a good idea - I get 2 things I want while only buying 1 thing.

Look, the token is a bonus. Just like vRofl. not everyone has it. We could have built another system to give you the song, but adding it as a token was much, much easier. But leaving the site because you can't get a token is just outright stupid, and makes you look like a tard.

seriously guys like hi19 said why complain over a token now?
When Vrofl came out I dont remember a 15 page thread on why its unfair to only get the token if you win a tournament. because there are *those* people out thier that like songs like that but anyways yeah offtopic.
