I still have the membership but I'm waiting for this highly anticipated new textures, fullscreen, rs. Still the same game ofcourse. If it dissapoints me I'm quitting because I don't even really play at all. And sorry if this is like a dead thread or whatever.

I used to play frequently, but quit 1-2 years ago. Week after week things just really became boring, and though many of the aspects appealed to me, any and all of the many tedious ventures pushed me away. So, out of boredom, I quit. Since then, I think they've come up with some very decent updates for those who continue to play. No, it's not the best game or MMO, but it's good, and there have to be reasons it's so popular, right?

Besides that, I help moderate as a part of the staff over at zybez.net/community (runescapecommunity.com - teehee, plug for my site) and even having quit a while ago, the community still fills my interests. Thus, I'll never be "rid" of Runescape, and I think it's fine that I'm not. But I know I'll never play it again. It's kind of saddening though. I miss the old days.

I saw that. Someone made a parody on youtube saying this is skychi, this is fatwrecked etc. with the scene going. I feel bad. Fatwrecked died and he was like 15. He died in an accident I believe, not sure, but I KNOW he did die.

You can't relate FFR and Runescape...they are two TOTALLY different games therefore making the "better one" simply a preference.

Yeah... I still have my 3 accounts (Nightfirecat, 3hit rangers, and georg3 bush), but I stopped playing after that. Wildy was the only HUGELY addicting thing about rs, and after they killed that, I gave up on rs, since it's not a great game.

FFR increases dexteriy in some kind of way. thus you will get more out of FFR than clicking a mouse on runescape. this is why i said it is better...man FFR even helps you catch the arrows better on DDR. you can gain more from FFR thus to me it is actually better than Runescape meaning DDR is the BEST game in the world in this sense.

I don't need people who want to sound smart and try to correct my beleifs and reasons ^_^ if it bugs you ignore it.

Wow. He isn't against your beliefs, well he might be but that isn't what he said. He stated you can't say Runescape and FFR can't be compared because they two completely different games of different genres or styles of games. You can't say one is better than the other.

Well playing a game such as Runescape with incredibly smart people who correct your every wrong helps you learn a lot more than hitting some buttons in FFR/DDR. So in this sense, Runescape is the BEST game in the world.
