Simfile Database -> Manage -> w/e simfile -> delete

I think we should implement an "edit" button over at the Simfile Database. That way, we "edit" our files we already uploaded by uploading the .sm/.dwi file that will replace/delete the old one.

Honestly, I hate not being able to edit my simfiles, which is why I've never liked FFR's database. I don't like losing all the comments and ratings I had on the file.
