Great, I made it to Tabuu twice on Intense today, and once tripped dodging his rings of death, and the second time I either was late, or my controller didnt register my dodge.

Now I'm pissed. The first time he was over halfway dead.

Kirby Superstar was amazing, and yes it is absolutely obvious to make see the connections between it and SSE. In Great Cave Offensive did they call it trophies? I thought they were just treasures, but same idea. Superstar really did have a lot of this stuff already, I'm surprised more people didn't play it, it was fantastic.

Officially, its a one hit ko. the only way to survive it is pretty much using a custom stage.

edit: go to training mode, set the cpu damage to 999% and use the smash ball. it's worth a few lulz

I'm not gonna go out and test every stage because it's something I just don't care about. I assume any stage that has three walls or two sloped walls has the potential to make that not kill you. I bet Hyrule Temple's cave area will keep you alive.

The point is that people originally said "if you use this skill, your opponent dies. If you miss, you die." That's not the case.

Also, I finally 100%d Subspace. I didn't get any rewards for it. That sucks.

Yeah there's a lot of things they should give you unlocks for that seem really obvious but don't.

Beating 100-man Brawl, for instance.

100-man brawl does have a Challenge reward.

Not only that, but beating it with all 35 characters has another reward.

That is one that I'm almost guaranteeing myself I will hammer.

great game, so far i haven't stopped playing (except for a few hours of tales of the abyss and ocassional anime). in my opinion is better than melee and the second best game ever (in my opinion).

i've been doing the challenges, and as a tip for those who have been struggling with the challenge "finish break the target lvl 4" i recomend using ROB and constantly use his side A attack becuase is fast.

i managed to beat classic with all the characters (the most annoying one because all-star is fun and boss battles is short yet a bit hard, and i'll use a hammer on 100 man brawl if i find it annoying).

and also squeek i need your number because i want a challenge.

100 man melee is easy...all you do is pick donkey kong and keep pressing down b. Same with 15 minute melee. You should know this from melee by now.

That doesn't work anymore. Every 25 enemies, a real opponent spawns who will use items and attack you from a distance if you're spamming down + b.

The fastest way to beat 100-man Melee is now Pikachu's down+b.

oook i have no problem with any of them (for 15 and cruel i used jigglypuff's trick.. wich is floating arround under the stage and the stupid computers will just fall down the stage because they follow me) it's the fact that one of the challenges asks you to finish 100 man brawl with ALL the characters... and that might annoy me to the point of not doing it... though if it turns out to be fast and easy i'll just save my hammer for something else (or nothing else XD)

this time arround actually multi-man is just easier for me to kill all enemies with marth and assit trophies/pokeballs

What. The only challenge with the target ones is to clear them with multiple characters or in a time limit, isn't it? No simple "beat it" objective. Besides, simply completing them isn't hard, and really, the easiest way to clear them in a time limit would be to use Sonic. Most time wasted in these is from walking/movement, not from slow attacks. emm sorry i forgot to add the "before 32 seconds" i found rob helpful because his up B is easy to control, his dash is average speed and when he jumps and uses the side A attack and then just falls on the ground ready to dash again, and it's hard to make a mistake with him.

also i know it's easy but it might be tedious... and besides try to use your hammer in something "boss battle" related and you'll see that it won't work

Basically to beat Target Test with the time limits, choose a fast character with a decent jump. That's it.

I did it with Toon Link, personally. And he's one of the slowest people in the "speed" category.

I was just pointing out that "100 man melee with each character" is easy by contrasting it to a hard objective, not trying to say that boss battles would be a better choice for hammering (I had already figured that it was disabled for them given Squeek's complaining about it the other day).

ps squeek you're supposed to use fox and shine the first target and fB onto the small platform
