I liked all the bosses from mischief maker, but I wouldn't say the best.
I guess im gonna have to go with the last fight in sonic & knuckles (either fight, although I prefer doing knuckles fight against robot sonic, I found that fight super fun)

When I was a kid and actually played these games, I didn't really bother to learn any of theyre names I guess, I always recognized him as robot sonic. >.<

and I totaly forgot about smithy, that was a epic boss battle.

N64 = Best system ever made. PERIOD nothing anybody can say, just to many classics.

And for originality, the staff ghost on the last story mode for F-Zero GX and Yunalesca from FFX (she was harder than Seymour Flux XD)
