hi
I dont think that Kerry would be the best president, but i do like that fact that he is getting rid of TSA, and is replacing it with private companies.

Hm. Am I the only one that finds all this political segregation, stupid? "I'm Liberal" "I'm Conservative" "Who ever doesn't think what I think is a dumbass because I'm always right." Get over yourselves. Stop dividing people into one of two groups. People get caught up into that shit and then just blindly follow it "Well, the liberal guy might be better for the country at the moment, but since I'm conservative I would hate to have to give the other party some credit..." Ugh.
Oh yeah, the media can't be trusted, sorry. P.S. Sorry, I'm angry at the moment. |

There are those distinctions because many people think along the same lines. Not every conservative believes the exact same thing, likewise for liberals. I'll vote straight republican because republicans are more likely to agree with me on the issues. Ease up, Calibrene.

Maybe he can take care of his own country...
WHERE DO YOU GET THESE NUMBERS? The economy is thriving, believe it or not! The trade centers fell, and although they themselves didn't cause a depression, the scare forced the stock market down. There already was a feeling of imminent economic downfall before Bush, not to mention all the corporate scandals. Does anybody want to argue that these things didn't happen? All economic statistics, excluding the deficit, are at or above Clinton levels, inluding the almighty UNEMPLOYMENT %, which is at 5.58%. It was at 5.6% during the ENTIRE Clinton presidency. The deficit was caused by a little something called the Iraq war, government spending on all the programs the libs absolutely LOVE, and lowering taxes. So far this year, however, the government has a 16 million surplus, now that things are getting less chaotic in Iraq and at home, and although that number is small compared to a 500 million deficit, it will only continue to grow smaller if Bush's economic policies continue. And, if you believe Reagan economics, the deficit really doesn't mean much IN THE LONG RUN. So far Kerry hasn't offered a better plan, and even libs can agree on that. UNIVERSAL HEALTH CARE is just a tiny indicator of this. If you don't agree with my facts, do a google search for government economic report. It'll BLOW your mind. Also, listen to Glenn Beck, he'll lern ya good, fo sho!

One thing I just realized after looking back at some news clips, BUSH NEVER SAID THERE WERE WMD IN IRAQ! Bush said Saddam was trying to buy Uranium. Last time Saddam went for Uranium, it was for his nuclear [weapons] program a decade ago. Bush NEVER said that we would find ANY WMD in Iraq! He said Saddam was trying to make WMD and others inferred that Saddam might have WMD already, and then more others screwed with Bush's statements to make it "There are WMD in Iraq!". What he really said was "We have Intel from the Brits saying that Saddam is after uranium to make nuclear weapons. We are going to kick his ass before he gets the chance to use it sicne he totally hates our guts."

I don't think anyone here would dissagree if I said that politicians are corrupt. Maybe not all, I sure there is the occasional nice person, but a vast majority is. This results in things happening for the intrests of the poiliticians, not the people. We have all forgotten that the people ARE the government, there is no distinction. Unfortunatly, somewhere around WWII, maybe after, we gave up our control of the government, and now, this is what we get. I don't like what Bush is doing. I think you either leave people the hell alone(Iraq) or go in, all out, and take over a country. we pussyfooted. that leads to mistakes. Not only did we act for the wrong reasons (some would say no reasons), we essencially let a man, or organazation, choose. Not that I like the "democrats" any better. I think there have been good presidents Liberal, and Conservative. But the Bi-party system does not work. We screwed ourselves on that one.
also, Capitalism does not work. Eventually, it will cease to expand, and collapse. Thats if we havn't killed ourselves yet. Although, no human government can ever work. It will always fail, eventually. Human nature. Still waiting for a nice anarcho-socialism. way far away though. Lets see....I made what most people will feel are alot of unfounded, and unproven statements, Sorry, but oh well. I have not slept in like 32 hours. so to damn bad. It is all speculation, until the shit hits the fan, for the government that we have little control of decides to tell us all of its secrets. oh yea, and those Bush party uniforms? that is gang colors. exactly the same. dirty. |

Nightstar, sleep before you post next time please. Not to be rude, but those are pretty backwards statements. Bi-party is the most stable form of republic in existance right now, capitalism is one of the only systems that has worked so far (everything ends, so that doesn't make it "not work"), and what's wrong with having a shared set of colors between your group? Why does a set of shared colors automatically get associated with the shittiest hellhole phenomenon you can think of? Anyway, you need sleep.

What he doesn't tell you... Is that a few weeks later he attended an anti-war meeting, where the assasination of pro-war senators was discussed. Yes, Kerry voted against the movement, but this is only coming out now... Hm... Why didn't he blow the whistle on those chaps, too? Oh, cause they share his viewpoint. And I've got three quotes that are straight from the horses mouth that Kerry supported the Iraq War. "[WE] urge you, after consulting with Congress, and consistent with the U.S. Constitution and laws, to take necessary actions (including, if appropriate, air and missile strikes on suspect Iraqi sites) to respond effectively to the threat posed by Iraq's refusal to end its weapons of mass destruction programs." - Letter to President Clinton, signed by Sens. Carl Levin (D-MI), Tom Daschle (D-SD), John Kerry( D - MA), and others Oct. 9,1998 "I will be voting to give the President of the United States the authority to use force-- if necessary-- to disarm Saddam Hussein because I believe that a deadly arsenal of weapons of mass destruction in his hands is a real and grave threat to our security." - Sen. John F. Kerry (D, MA), Oct. 9,2002 "Without question, we need to disarm Saddam Hussein. He is a brutal, murderous dictator, leading an oppressive regime ... He presents a particularly grievous threat because he is so consistently prone to miscalculation ... And now he is miscalculating America's response to his continued deceit and his consistent grasp for weapons of mass destruction ... So the threat of Saddam Hussein with weapons of mass destruction is real" - Sen. John F. Kerry (D, MA), Jan. 23. 2003 I'm not gonna say democrats are grasping for straws now... but... Mal
