The original MAX

I know there are many versions of MAX like: NeoMAX, MAX Forever, and MaxX AttackxX.

But what is the original MAX, I bet it was meant for DDR, right.

I think that's all of them

Wrong, Theres a lot of remixes.
DDR ones like.
Fascination Maxx

I knew those weren't all the maxes, but I can't really think of the origanal. Was it max 300?

Hm, wasn't PARANOiA MAX ~DIRTY MIX~ release before MAX 300?

EDIT: Okay after looking it up, PARANOiA MAX ~DIRTY MIX~ was on the home version of DDR 1st mix, but it didn't make it's arcade appearance till the 2nd mix. Later on, DDR MAX came out with MAX 300, and you know which songs come after that.

Gray Fox is correct, MAX 300 is just a remix of PARANOiA MAX I believe.

max 300 was the original released on ddr max 1.
after that was maxx unlimited on ddr max 2.
after that was the legend of max on extreme, and i guess psmo is you include that as a max.
and max. period as a home version song.
then in supernova you got faxx, and felm.

max forever, neo max, max attax, max resurection, and the other 1040123809318 max files released are all mix's from the public and not official max files.

max 300 was not a remix of paranoia max dirty mix, they just have the name max in common, nothing about the songs.

aaaand, im pretty sure beat mania had max 300 in it first, but i was never into the beatmania scene, so i dont know.

Have you read any of this thread other than the OP?

I think the first OFFICIAL Max song would have been Max 300, assuming we are talking about the Max which people make unneeded remixes for.

MAX (Period)
MAX 300 (Super-Max-Me-Mix)
Fascination MAXX
Fascination ~eternal love mix~

Other remixes that I know of:

MaxX AttaxX (in FFR)
MAX Forever (in FFR)
NeoMAX (in FFR)
MaxX ResurreXion
Fascination MAXX (Cally and Juice's Maxximum Overload Mix)

I'm sure there are other remixes, like on OC Remix or something. MAX 300 is the original, though.

Just a note, Fascination MaxX, Paranoia Survivor MAX 290, etc... are not officially part of the Max series. It's been confirmed that Fascination is its own series. You can't take every song with the name "Max" in it and assume it's part, else you'd need to include Maximizer, which has nothing to do with it.

The Legend of Max
Max. (period)
Max 300 (Super-Max-Me-Mix)

These are the official Max songs. Max. (period) never made it to arcade (Rumour is that they didn't want anyone hurting themselves on the 600BPM part), but was on a home version.

The rest (Forever, Neo, etc) are remixes by fans.
