Default If I'm unusually mean, this would be why.

I just found out that my Grandma Wilson has cancer spread throughout her entire body. She has had a lump in her breast for about a year, but she never told anyone or did anything about it until now and it's spread everywhere now. We just found out because a few days ago, she was feeling so weak, she couldn't get out of her chair, so she called my Aunt Elaine and finally fessed up.

This is going to be really hard for my mom's side of the family. Gosh... I don't even know how many living decendants there are of my Grandmother anymore. I lost count. You've got my mom and our family, my 4 uncles and their families, and the oldest kids in those families are raising families now. She's got at least 5 great grandchildren.

So I'm exceptionally cross when people are handing out sh in here or the chatroom, you know why.

Sucks...my grandpa died from cancer as well. Of course I was three when it happened, but I had a dog die, and that sucked too...

My grandpa and my grandma both died from cancer. I wasn't very old, but I was old enough to remember it.

Laharl, best wishes to your grandmother. I know how family issues can really stress a person out -_-;

My mother's side of the family (Grandma included) all live up in Salt Lake. When my mom gets home from the business trip my father and her are on, she's gong to drive up the next day. I believe I'll go with her... nothing important is happening here in town, anyway.

It ticks me off... OLD PEOPLE. Go to the f@#$ing hospitals, for the love of all that's good and holy. My Grandpa Wilson died from a heart annerism that could have been prevented when he first noticed getting unusually weak for no reason just around the house about 3 weeks before he died. You would think that his own wife would learn from that....

I feel stretched, incredibly thin. I've been trying to help some friends recently with some very big problems, and then one comes up for me. I should most likely stop coming here for a while until things calm down, but chatting needlessly about unimportant things calms me down.

Thanks for the concern, everyone.

This just in.

My house is utterly INFESTED with ants (as is the entire neighborhood) and my younger brother may have broken his hand.

This is SO F@#$ING strange. It's like a million bad things happen at once. A lot of the people I know and talk to here that I consider friends have been having a bad streak of luck lately, as well, and just everywhere in general. It's like Bad Karma Day or something.

My Computer teacher woke up one day and found she and her bed and apartment were so thinkcly covered with ants it was hard to see. True story.

And my dog had cancer . And my Zayde (equals grandfather) died recently (ish).

If you sorta combine those, its a similar situation =/.

bro, i'm really sorry. its definately really painful to lose someone that close to you,
and it can be really really hard as well. just keep your focus where it should be and
spend time with her while she's still here. i know it hurts and pisses you off, but you're
strong. i'm here if you need to talk.
