#1. Is that any good?

#2 I'm thirsty and my head hurts.

#3 I'm sweating all over my keyboard.

Training for basketball season is fun btw.

Apparently this is a hard comcept for people to understand. I did not run 4 miles straight up into the sky, I did not run 4 miles into the ground. I ran 4 miles at a grade of 7.5 on a treadmill, which was set to run for 20 minutes. I was forced to pause the program twice, both times to tie my shoe, with the addition of relieving myself during one of those occasions. Total stoping time not greater than 3 minutes. In the 20 minutes that I was running, I managed to get 3.8 miles. The machine does not display increments greater then the tenths place of the decimal. So it may have been 3.89999 or 3.80000001. Regaurdless, ~4 miles in 20 minutes.

10,000 meters/6.2 miles= 28:15 Minutes 4.5 minute miles
6437.376 meters/4 miles= 20 minutes 5 minute miles

I don't know if I believe it uphill.

100 in :10
200 in :22
400 in :50
800 in 2:00
1600 in 4:30
3200 in 9:30
4800 in 15:00
6400 in 21:00

take all the people that got those records, and then tell them to try to get it again uphill. If it was on flat ground I'd probably consider believing it.
