Default Lunar Eclipse

For those of you that don't know, there is a lunar eclipse going on right now.

Get your lazy asses out of the house and go see it.

5:10 AM EST

5:15 AM EST

5:30 AM EST

5:40AM EST

5:50AM EST (Took a picture but it was pitch black)

It's hard to see now due to the sky lighting up. Took another picture at 6 AM EST but there was no moon up there.

Screw this, I'm going to bed. If anyone have any pictures, feel free to post them.

I unfortunately am not at a good vantage point for it this time, and I'm too lazy and sleepy to go look for one. Last time we had one though, I was totally there in a field with a telescope and a couple friends.

We even managed to get some photos through the telescope. They aren't great, but it's still kind of neat.

My mom wouldn't let me stay up to see it, I tried just watching T.V. until that time came, but I fell asleep from fatigue of football.

I saw it~! My pictures look different from yours, though. The darkness seems to come more from the top of the moon in yours where in mine, it comes more from the left of the moon.

Anyways, I could only watch the first half of it because it got all foggy afterwards. I saw the best part though so I'm happy :]

It was pretty cool. It was all reddish. But I couldn't get any good pictures since I kind of lost my telescope when I moved. Best I got was a fuzzy ball of red that was very blurry.

Yeah, I was to lazy to wake up at 4:00am and get my mom pissed off because of the alarm clock.
I remember seeing one anyway in november 2002 or 03. Also a solar eclips in 199?

Edit: They are cool to see. xD

Edit: Edit: Go for the AAA!

My mom tried to get me up, to see it. Here's what happened:

I was sleeping, my mom came in and said "Hey there's a lunar eclipse, come see it." At this point she's woken me up and I've heard everything she said. I said something along the lines of "Too tired," and fell back asleep within 15 seconds.

It got to the point where I wondered if it was part of a dream, since it happened so fast.
