help needed with my internets

You probably didn't install any graphics drivers after reformatting.

Do this for me please:
1. Click start and then "run..."
2. Type in "dxdiag" without quotes in the run line
3. Press enter
4. If it asks about WHQL press "yes"
5. Wait for the bar on the bottom to get to half way
6. Click the Display tab
7. Now in the Device box look at the "Name: "
8. Tell me what the name is.
9. Also tell the the last four digits of the "Version: " in the Drivers box.

I can't belive how bad FFR is at diagnostics. -.-"
