Re: US FIRST Robotics
Bragging time!
Our school's team is currently the best in the state. In 2000, we won the nationals, and in 2003 we were national finalists. We've also won the NJ Regionals, other than those two years, two other times, I think. Team 25. http://www.raiderrobotix.org/ But... I'm not a part of the team. I will be joining our school's team next year once I admit I'm an Atheist and get out of church, which will really open up my schedule. Hopefully as a programmer if I devote myself enough over the summer, but I'll probably end up being a scouter =/ meh. My parents are usually like, "oh, do whatever you want," but my dad actually told me, "I wish you'd join your robotics team next year, Daniel, please." XD Seriously, it's scholarship-ville; I'd be insane to not join.

I think we teamed up with Pioneer or something, I don't recall what happened with my school's robotics team but I hear we're doing fairly well. |

Re: US FIRST Robotics
We need programmers. The one we have has ADD like you wouldn't even believe. Any chance you guys could move to Wisconsin?

Re: US FIRST Robotics
I hate you guys. I was in Vex Robotics, the little brother of First, but we lost in the quarterfinals back in Weatherly.

Re: US FIRST Robotics
sorry, we can't move any programmers XD, even though some of them couldn't program even a printf fucution....
and what does ADD have to deal with programming, if you ask me, it helps with programmiong, i mean, come on! i have ADHD like no tommorow and i program pretty well! :O

Re: US FIRST Robotics
I could have been on team 341 at our school, but the coach is a prick, he only picks people that will win us the Chairman's award, and I guess I'm not hot enough for him.
Alot of the team members are quitting and getting fed up with the fact that they have a bad design this year and no one is putting much effort into the team. Well they sure missed out on me, I can write a mean printf lol. (wait, why would you need to print with a robot? I'm not familiar with the DE sorry. does it use sout for sending data?) Anyway yeah I'm actually glad I didn't make the team because I had a lead in the musical.
