Well, I'd like see to both come out. Perhaps we restrict SR to conversions of keyboard files and restrict SMG to new songs altogether. I know Rebirth is now supposedly going to leave the sm community (we'll see how long that lasts), but if he does I'll probably try and carry on Simfile Revamp. I really like the idea of one pack that is pretty much always accepting submissions and released whenever it accepts 20 files. But of course, there could always be themed SR packs... I might talk to Rebirth and see if he'd be interested in making SRii themed somehow. If we were only accepting certain types of files, everything generic would go to SMG. Some of the ideas I've had;

-All Keyboard Conversions
-All mainstream songs
-VGMPP (Video Game Mega Pad Pack for those who are bad with anocronyms)

Running a pack is really hard and takes a genius like Rebirth to pull off...

I'm sure you'd be able to handle it on your own.

edit: well SMGroove was made immediately after the XEvolution sim project died, then the smgpacks were imminent...

Never could tell how many days were in each month, but I remember working on sims for the pad pack last christmas o.o. I swear I do

edit: Psycho, contact me and I'll hook you up with a beta of what the pack looks like now. then you can make your decisions.

I might submit some files to SMGPADPACK. I was going to use them for SRii (and have Rebirth give the yay or nay on them), but it would be better for me to throw them to a pack where there won't be any bias.

Is anime music good? I just finished one that I think turned out really well. I WAS going to submit it to that Naruto pack, but the thread got locked.

The file has all beginner-challenge, and all SHOULD be paddable.
It has a video too. Is that okay?

wtf does that mean. if you dont have a pad, just stomp on the ground with autoplay on and see if it works O.O Why are you making theoretical files? it cant be very good.

You KNOW if its paddable or not... this is very strange.

And, I DONT CARE WHERE THE MUSIC'S FROM. if it turns out well, accept. If its bad, fail. Thats as eassy as it gets, and it works.

Why is that so complex? just submit. We'll at least give constructive criticism.

I'll have a submission tomorrow. I need to do an oni chart for the song and finish up light and beginner. I'll probably do doubles/solo/couples eventually too, but only if the file gets accepted in the first place.
