Regarding the editor

I just downloaded Stepmania today (have not had any problems with alpha 13) and read the readme file. They were talking about the Stepmania Editor but I cannot find it anywhere on their site. Where can this be downloaded?

th editor comes with sm...you can access it from the main menu
