My sleeping pattern is seriously messed up.

I woke up at 1:40 PM today (technically yesterday), and I can't get to sleep thanks to my active mind.

I think I may have to stay up to whole night for me to be able to use the morning, and be tired by the time it's 10 pm.

I used to go to sleep at 7 am and wake up at 4 pm.
Now I go to sleep at 6 am and wake up at 3 pm.
[2 pm if I work that day]

My sleeping pattern is only messed up on weekends, it's always sleep from 10 til 6 during the week, then 5am til 10 on saturday and friday.

But I've been having dreamless sleep lately. That might be why I'm having trouble sleeping.

I am nocturnal.
Unless I have to work, I don't go outside until 7 pm at night.
9 pm if it's summer and the sun stays out longer.
I despise the sun.

I stay up till at least three a.m. as much as I can. I usually sleep till eleven a.m. I'd say my sleeping pattern is pretty screwed. Specially cause if I get caught staying up I'm screwed.

But you're sleeping pattern isn't bad at all. I know people with was worse.

I usually go to sleep around 2~3am and wake up at 9:30 on weekdays and sometimes up to 1 pm on the weekends. I believe that is my natural circadian rhythm is so that I have most energy at night. When the sun is out I usually don't do anything. But once the sun sets, I am able to do homework efficiently, and think clearer.

My sleep pattern revoves heavily around school or in the holidays my job. Things to do generally force you into a sleeping pattern. To the people who sleep through the day... Do you have a life?

I was about to go to bed just now (7 or so am).
