we could just make Tiers for every 2 difficulties after 6.
The first few difficulty levels of the game are just warm ups. I think from about 6 on the different patters start to emerge. Tier 1:13-12 Tier 2:11-10 Tier 3:9-8 Tier 4:7-6 and if need be a tier 0 with the really ridiculous songs.
