I very much doubt that DarkShark will be coming around anytime soon. I'm not to sure what can be done with it right now.

Re: FFR Shop (T-Shirt)
Before a month or two, you could definitely order under www. ffrshop.com. But as I said now the server is down. I wonder how long that will still be there, or what is going on in general.

The shirts were coming from DarkShark, he's no longer staff here.

Re: FFR Shop (T-Shirt)
And now there is no possibility to buy this shirt? Maybe I could get the Logo of this shirt and I will create it by myself?
Thank you for your answers. |

That was the design on the latest shirt, from darkshark.

hey theres plenty of big art buffs on FFR, maybe we could get spen or quigly to hit us up with some abstract arrow design. I'd buy Edit: also, i'd buy things like lanyards, decals, etc haha accessories are cool but meh

Re: FFR Shop (T-Shirt)
I don't really know the legalities of taking someone's design and creating a shirt for yourself with it.

Making your own FFR shirt with other designs aren't bad, especially when the person who used to make them is no longer around. You're pretty much just doing the rest of the work with getting it printed on a shirt yes? How many people I've seen walking around with pictures on their shirts I recognize, the only thing that really gets added to shirt designs now are self-made captions or text, or the person adds transparency but that's as easy as photoshop. |

The legality issue that is mentioned doesn't just encompass darkshark in my opinion. The overall design of FFR is something that doesn't belong to us as an entity; it belongs to Synthlight. Shirts have been something desired a long time and I'm not entirely sure how darkshark got permission, but he did. |

Re: FFR Shop (T-Shirt)
Unfortunately, I understand your answers not good because I'm from Germany.
Did I understand correctly that I should wait, because it is possible that the T-shirts will be sold again? |

Re: FFR Shop (T-Shirt)
You can't really just take the logo and make a shirt, plus it's not of quality to do so anyway so that it couldn't be stolen and printed. You should just wait and see if he decides to sell the remaining shirts he has left.

Re: FFR Shop (T-Shirt)
If it's not for profit I'd assume that you have at least a little bit of leeway with it... Give me a minute.
(talking to Shayne about it, sounds like he has some remaining and wants to come back to sell the rest off)

Re: FFR Shop (T-Shirt)
"If that person wants to print one from that design posted it may be a problem. It's far too low resolution for print, and I added a dropshadow so that it would be much harder to extract the image and convert it to vector unless you know what you're doing."
Also, he did state that he plans to sell the remaining shirts, so perhaps you'd be better off if you waited to see what he planned on selling them for and if you could get one? (@Sasa) |
