Re: Recommend me a Bluray player
Price is irrelevant (although I'd LIKE to not go over $400). I just want something that is confirmed to be a great Bluray player that'll also support Netflix and stuff like Pandora.

Re: Recommend me a Bluray player
Is it better than PS3/worth sacrificing gaming capability? Does it do Pandora?

Re: Recommend me a Bluray player
Yeah it does Pandora, it definitely doesn't beat PS3 in terms of value though.

Re: Recommend me a Bluray player
Definitely a PS3. It's got Bluray, some of the best games exclusive to a console, internet, and "everything" else. (I can't believe I just used Sony's slogan)

Re: Recommend me a Bluray player
Depending on how much you plan on downloading. Personally I would go with the 160GB.
You may prefer the 320GB yourself though. |

Re: Recommend me a Bluray player
get a backwards compatible one otherwise it'll be useless as a gaming console

Agreeing with the majority here, PS3 is the way to go.

Re: Recommend me a Bluray player
I own a 160 GB slim, and that works fine for me. I might suggest an older model since they are cheaper now and backwards compatible with PS2 games. It doesn't really matter what size the the HD is since it can be replaced, but make sure it is large (memory can vanish very quickly). If you go looking for an old model to play PS2, double check online since some of the old models had the feature removed.

Re: Recommend me a Bluray player
Well, if you aren't using it to play games, then it doesn't matter which kind you get.
