You can switch on smart disable for effects to free up cpu if you haven't already. Bouncing synths that are heavy on cpu to wav can help as well.

Yeah the kick is a bit too punchy and small. Try some compression and equalization especially on the drums, the mix sounds a little muddy and "small," I don't really know any other word for that. ...
