AD2044, 6:13 pm, near the Scandinavian Peninsula, a squad was deployed to investigate an anomaly that had emerged beneath the frozen ocean. The exact roots are unknown and are still under investigation under the Code Name: White Deep. Under the guidance of the squad leader Alphina, was tasked to record and sample the anomaly, to identify its structure, history, and its origin.

The Squad Name: Shallow Void, has arrived 600m away from the anomaly and is now setting the area. Upon analyzing the geography, there were unquantifiable lines that converge into one point, all of them emitting heat that is around 200-600 degrees Celsius.

"That's strange, the ice around the area would've melted by the sheer amount of heat, but it's still frozen solid...?" Ares, a member of the Shallow Void Squad had a puzzled look on his face as he continued to look at the eagle's view of the area.

"It's an anomaly after all, such things are unexplainable if it is relevant to the underlying issue." Meliz slapped Ares back while she continued to move the supply crate.

"It's about time the rest of the squad went back from their survey... Are you sure that they're only late?"

"They'll be here soon enough, just keep put and help me move some stuff."

"Aye, aye, grandma." Ares placed the tablet on the table and turned around, by then he realized that he was in the air, flailing around as the wind resisted his force.

"Call me grandma one more time and I'm making sure you'll fly higher." Meliz shook her right hand and went back to moving supply crates while Ares was still in the air processing the situation.
