well there was that one game you were wolf in which I was involved in a thunderdome vs your partner and I pretended to not know how TWG worked and that I thought wolves got one kill each and that it was better to post a screenshot of my role PM to get people to lynch your partner first just to convince people I'm town

To guarantee minimal loss, stack everyone in the same room.
To change the setup to one wolfkill & one vigkill, stack two players per room, and a third player in one room at random

To find wolves, stack all players evenly in rooms equally to the number of wolves and attempt to place one wolf per room. If all three rooms have a wolf in them, wolves either are forced to sac one or burn down an empty room. If a room with a pr happens to get chosen, we narrow the poe down to two rooms of players. In this scenario the 1x fireman should use their power tonight

If anything, the only plan I would say makes sense is for everyone to simply RNG it

Same thing. Wolves will just lie, there is no way to hold wolves accountable for what room they actually went in to. Similarly, there's no way to hold townies accountable either and if one of them strays it is easy for wolves to manipulate the situation. This plan is very very bad
