I know Alex made ya one, but I have this one as well if you want to maintain aspect ratio and keep the 200x200 pixel size. (the added space is transparency)

lol it looks like shit, if you had uploaded as is, it wouldve been automatically downsized and kept at the same quality

I exported it with a 256 color palette as the image itself has no more than maybe 150 or so. It shouldn't be crud, and doesn't look like crud to me as I see no hints of crap compression. Or maybe my eyes are lying to me! Uh oh... UH OH! |

Just tested it. Uploading a gif that is bigger than 200x200 will shrink it to fit and scale it correctly while keeping it animated.
