stepmania was always the better game fun wise. ffr is more competitive cuz of stats, ranks and whoring high scores etc. more creativity in sm. and without sm, there is no ffr.

What i hate with SM is : There is NO competition. With FFR, we can play to improve your stat, made an average rank, FC rank, overall rank. There's a top 100 of AAA, there's Tiers point. Its made the game better than SM, IMO ( and on certain point).

By the way, i like SM, but i don't know what to play. I have lots of pack, but...I usually play Hard ****, but thats gay after long time lol. Some one know a REALLY good pack, a pack with song you can FC without being EAG or Dossar and/or PA it. So, any recommandation?

There is a ****ton of competition. There are quite a few of us all around the same skill level posting and supping each other. The songs are much more geared toward competition.

Stepmania is a far superior and much more fun game, but coming from guru this thread is lol

I swear it was not that long ago that ffr scores being posted in the brag board was a rarity.

yeah, that was back in 04 to early 06. pretty much everything was stepmania because that's where the competition was; no one cared about FFR. then after ODI started all the competitive SM players moved there.

Stepmania's better than FFR IMO, more skill boost for FFR and it's more challenging, FFR's too easy cause you can mash your way out of it, retarded
