Junior Werewolf Game I- Spirits Abound- HUMAN VICTORY
I'm very sorry for the delay. Now, without further ado:
Prologue The Grand Mansion Hotel sat overlooking the river nearby. It was a large hotel, located in a peaceful climate, so it had gotten some attention from the local travel agencies. The travel books described it as “nice and quiet- a great place to relax, unwind, and just let yourself go. Here, you can get away from the stresses of life.” How right they were. On this particular day, a group of tourists was unloading their things from their bus. It was getting late, and there were no other hotels for the next several miles, so the tour guide had said that they would stop here for the rest of the day. The thirteen tourists trudged up the front steps of the hotel, with their frenzied little tour guide man egging them on with shouts of, “Come on, people! Hurry up! We don’t have all day!” “Why do we have to listen to him?” sighed M-A-C. “Because he can make our trip totally miserable,” answered Afrobean. “Do you really want to have to wake up at 5:00 every morning, go to sleep to 11:00 every night, and not get any naps on the bus?” M-A-C shuddered. “I guess not.” The tourist group entered the hotel lobby, muttering mutinously among themselves. The tour guide commanded, “Wait here. I’ll go get us our room keys. I took the liberty of calling ahead, so our stay here is all taken care of.” As they waited for him, JurseyRider asked, “Does anyone know what the weather’s supposed to be like tomorrow? It would really be horrible if the air conditioner on the stupid bus breaks down AGAIN in hundred-degree weather.” “Well, look outside,” answered Wayfaerer. “It looks pretty overcast to me.” “Weird weather for summer,” Gamepro commented. “The newspaper said to expect highs in the 80s.” Just then, there was a huge booming sound. “What was that?” asked ddrruler. The tour guide, now finished with registration, came back over to the group. “The lady at the desk just told me that there’s an unseasonable thunderstorm brewing. Make sure to observe all lightning safety rules.” “What are the lightning safety rules?” asked deltro. The tour guide walked over to an electrical outlet nearby. “You should stay a reasonable distance away from outlets,” he explained. “About three feet.” He demonstrated this distance by standing a yard away. The pile of room keys suddenly spilled out of his front pocket. “Whoops,” he said, stepping closer to the outlet to pick them up. What happened next was the beginning of a terrible episode in all of the tourists’ lives. There was an almighty crash. They later discovered that it was the sound of lightning striking the hotel’s unprotected roof. Electricity suddenly arced out of the outlet and shot directly at the tour guide. It struck him with terrible force, and he fell to the ground, writhing, as the outlet continued to blast its deadly stream. The tourists were far enough away that the electricity did not strike them. It was all too true that three feet was the only safe distance. “Oh my God!” screamed Tsuteto. He pointed towards the row of hotel staff, by the registration desk. Electricity was shooting out of every computer, and everyone who had been standing close to the desk when the lightning struck was now caught in the deadly bind of millions of volts of power. They could smell skin and hair sizzling as the electricity took its toll on their bodies. The other outlets in the room also sent forth their deadly streams, as well as several overhead lights. More crashes came- the sound of more lightning strikes. The horrifying spectacle of people frying like bacon in a pan continued. The group huddled together in terror on the ground, as far away from the overhead lights as they could get. Finally, there was a mighty explosion as every light in the room blew out simultaneously, and the room was plunged into total darkness. The electric current created by the lightning bolts stopped. Snapps stood up suddenly. “Do you guys feel something weird?” And indeed, they all did. Something new was in the room. Something malevolent. They could feel a presence- two presences, actually- circling the group. They were far from them now- near the other side of the spacious lobby- but they were there. Suddenly, they felt the presences rushing closer and closer to them. The entire group began to yell in terror. As the things reached them, they all felt enveloped by a dark presence. There were two screams from two of the group as they felt the things enter their bodies. Then, the floor seemed to drop out from beneath the group, and they were all falling into darkness. Snapps awoke to a throbbing headache. “Where am I?” he said, to nobody in particular. “Here,” came the reply. A confused expression appeared on his face. “What?” he asked. “But now you are not here,” the other person finished. An apparition appeared in the darkness. As it came closer and closer, Snapps was able to see what it was, and he screamed in utter terror. The rest of the group awoke as well, a short time after. The place they were in was lit by a dim light- candlelight, they realized, after they had looked around the room. Candles were placed in holders that were hung along the walls of this strange place. “Is everybody here?” Lupin asked. He started counting. “Eleven, twelve, AAAAAAAHHHHH!” he screamed. Everyone looked at where he was pointing, and saw Snapps’ body, laid out on the floor. His face was pointed up at the ceiling, but his features were frozen in fear. It was impossible to imagine such an expression on a living face- he was clearly dead. “Who did this?” kibbel asked in fear. “We did,” came the answer from above. They looked up and saw a black shape hovering over them. It was formless, but clearly malevolent. “We killed him. We are the dead. We’ve been waiting in this hotel for over 50 years- almost since the time when it was built. We’ve been waiting… for life.” This was said so menacingly that everyone shuddered in fear. “A sacrifice is demanded of you. One of you must die,” the thing finished. Then it vanished. In the sudden silence, everyone stared at the place where the thing had been. Then everybody started talking at once. “Quiet!” yelled Chromer. “We need to get this figured out.” “First things first,” said DDRadicted. “Can we get out of here?” A quick inspection of the room around them revealed that there was no way in or out. Just the circular wall around them, which let in no outside light. “Fine,” DDRadicted muttered. “Now- who should be the sacrifice?” he asked nervously. Nervous eyes looked around the room at everybody. All were silent. Finally, Afrobean spoke up. “Did everyone feel those… things… back in the lobby?” he asked. Everyone nodded assent, and he said, “All right, then. I do believe that there are several of those things in this room with us. The thing up there referred to ‘we’. This means that there are more.” “What if they’re among us?” Gamepro asked. “That thing said he was dead- and dead spirits can possess people, right?” he finished nervously. “Fine. Then we should see if we can offer one of the possessed people as a sacrifice, so we can get rid of the spirit inside as well,” proposed Afrobean. Everyone agreed, and the discussion began. Day 1 begins. Note that I did not kill off someone yet or have a night phase because I wanted everybody to have a chance to play (despite that now there's a lack of evidence- I know, I know). However, you are voting for lynch. Take your best guesses and get those wolves! Note: When one person gets 6 or more votes, they will be insta-lynched, they will die, and the day will end. When you vote for someone to be lynched, bold the name of the person you are voting for. EDIT: Oh sorry guys, forgot about a bunch of stuff. Each day will be.... say 48 hours. That gives you guys until 6:00 P.M. on December 2nd for Day 1. People still in the game: Wayfaerer Tsuteto Gamepro17616 Lupin_the_3rd deltro300111 JurseyRider734 ddrruler M-A-C Afrobean Chromer kibbel DDRadicted |

Wait, did Snapps die or what? Also, how long are the days going to be? And, where's the list of all people playing?
Also, I think ddrruler's hasty accusation of me was fairly wolfish.[/pulling_things_out_of_my_ass]

RE: Junior Werewolf Game I- Spirits Abound, Day 1
Okay, edited some stuff in the original post.
Also- for everyone- some rules I forgot to say: 1. Do not take anything in the story as evidence. Names can easily be interchanged. The story is not meant to be evidence. 2. You are not allowed to edit your posts. This prevents people from erasing incriminating information. 3. You are not allowed to show your role PMs to each other. For example, no saying, "Prove that you're human by showing me your PM". None of that. 4. Double posting is allowed in place of an edit. Okay. 48 hour day, Day 1 ends on December 2nd (Sunday) at 6:00 P.M. 6 votes to instalynch. |

1. I was not part of the game play, I helped with it. 2. It made it easier to go by and just make a kill to me so everyone can have a chance to play instead of someone complaining. And take some time thinking about votes, talk and talk and talk some more here, that is the whole entire part of the game. EDIT: Also read the whole thing before going on to making your post, its so you know where you stand and what is happening. It is foolish to skip the morning and nightly stories psychic25 posts.[/quote] |

You are allowed to make one vote, but when you feel like changing it you may change it in a new post, not an edit.

This is funny. The story means absolutely nothing. Anything you hear in the story has nothing to do with whoever said it.
Also, thanks for adding that stuff to the post, psychic. I don't see the logic in removing the first night wolfing, though. That's ALL there is to go on. And now we have absolutely nothing. If we happen to lynch a wolf today, it'll be a fluke.

ALSO ONE BIG THING. YOU MAY NOT TALK WHATSOEVER WHEN YOU ARE DEAD IN THIS TOPIC. IF YOU DO YOU WILL BE ABLE TO PLAY IN NEXT JUNIOR WAREWOLF GAME. You may then be able to play in the future games after that, but this rule still applies to every game. Hope that helps someone. |

Will or will not? And forgive me for being stupid if this posts seems stupid.
The story has nothing to do with the votes and stuff, so does this mean we vote people by random? And with luck we kill the warewolf. My vote: M-A-C |

RE: Re: RE: Junior Werewolf Game I- Spirits Abound, Day 1
Well, basically, I figured that since most of these people are playing for the first time, all or most of them would not know each other (or at least not know their playing style). The only evidence anybody can ever get out of the Night 1 kill EVER is usually something along the lines of "Well I know that person A always talks to person B, who was killed, so maybe person A killed his friend person B to make sure that he, as a wolf, wouldn't reveal anything on accident when they were chatting together."
Since barely anybody has preexisting knowledge of relationships (as far as I know), I doubt that a Night 1 kill would help- and it would just make one person mad. So, yes- random votes and talking. And about the goodbye post- it should contain the least amount of information possible (Snapps' recommendation should be fine, lol) but that should be the last post a dead person should make in this thread. For behavior contrary to this, they WILL be BANNED from the next jTWG. Oh and by the way, HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! |

I'm changing my vote to Wayfaerer_ because he bandwagoned onto my vote. The only reason to random vote for someone who already has a vote toward them is if you're a wolf.
