crop the picture and take out the empty left side of you where the door is, crop anything you dont want in it.

open up paint, hit the box shaped button and just mouse it over the picture you want to keep, you have to click it and make the box shape go over the part you want. open a new paint and paste it there and save it.

when you up load it to like photobucket for example, you can choose to make it 50%. i think that's still a little to big.

You can also downsize it in Paint for an easier alternative. It will compromise the quality somewhat, but it's easier than going into Photobucket and resizing it, etc.
To do this, just select the box, circle it around the image, and downsize the box by selecting the corner and moving inward. ~Bynary Fission
