Default Animal Crossing DS

It has it's ups and downs.

Ups:
ONLINE PLAY ONLINE PLAY ONLINE PLAY
Rounded world (look at screen shots if you don't know what I'm talking about)
Playing and typing with the stylus
Pause menu set up
PORTIBLE!

Downs:
Four people can play per game, but they all share one house instead of having separate houses.
It's really hard to fish facing north (due to the roundness).

I've played about an hour of it, my brother stole it and is making his file now, so I don't know what else there is. As soon as I get my code or whatever, you guys should come to my town and say hi!

I doubt many people have it yet, but my town name is Lavale and my character is Fish.

AHHHH BEEN WAITING SO LONG FOR THIS GAMMMMEEEE!!!!!

Great... The cuteness of this game is going to corrupt the minds of many more children, and now it is portable... Well, the game is good, but it is scarily addicting. The Gamecube one is enough for me because even now, I find new things to do... But seriously, this game freaks me out...

Before, you could only visit a friend's town if you both had your memory cards. Animal Crossing 2 for GCN was canceled. Now...

I thought the one for the gamecube was addicting enough now with online play I will have to get it now. I forgot the game came out so soon, well i'll post my id tag after I get it and get use to the controls.

We'll have to make a GVG thread for DS ID tags. But I think it's best to wait 'til Christmas, when more people will be getting DS systems and wireless internet.

I did practically everything there was to do on Animal Crossing for GC.

There was not one square foot of my basement that was not crammed with random items I did not want to sell, and I had filled up every bit of mail slots with stuff attached too.

I have wifi, my friend code is 3522-4800-0571, but we both have to be playing at the same time in order for a visit to occur. Hit me up on AIM or send a PM for whatever other messenger you use.

Animal Crossing is strangely addictive...and imagine how much more addictive it will be with online play...

I just can't wait to buy it.

Animal Crossing is just one of those games that is awesomely fun for no discernable reason.

I still don't want a DS, though, but this is definitely a reason to get one.

Don't hate on DS, it's really the best handheld system out there.

PS Blitz came to my town and it was freaking awesome.

Imagine the most replayable game in the world. A game that takes so long to "beat everything" that it could take you at least 3 or 4 years. Every day you load the game in, something new is happening, and there's new things to do.
