Maybe this is my ugly American showing, but this PSA took way too long to get its point across. This was mitigated by the cuteness of the animation and the soft, lilted tones of the song that made the whole 3 minutes bearable.

7/10, +1 extra credit for the line "use your private parts as piranha bait".
