That's pretty terrible (and yes, that's all I'm gonna say because I know people are going to reply to this that will go into WAY more detail than I would in explaining how I feel about it, so I'll just keep it blunt and to the point xD).

"Prolonged Detention" seems to be one of the worse ideas he has come up with.

Okay! we need to impeach Obama. Also we need to have our government print our money too (it would help with inflation)

MSNBC is shit.

lol.

The Patriot Act was much worse than this.

I mean, should anyone be surprised? Would people be happy if the terrorists were given trial, found not guilty for lack of evidence and sent on their way?

If only Obama could pull the 'you're anti-American if you don't agree with me' card.

It's not big secret that the united states is slowly but surely becoming a police state.

Seems like a way to basically build a framework outside of the Constitution to make it "legal" to do whatever the hell you want to terrorists without giving them a fair trial.

Or at least, it's a way to buy time before such crap gets deemed unconstitutional. The fact that gay marriage isn't fully realized yet is a huge example of this.

come on, if you guys really think that any realistic presidential candidate is going to make a serious difference to the economic and social climate of america, then you're delusional. maybe someone like dennis kuchinich could have done something interesting, but yeah.. there's a reason why he didn't make the primary.
