Feature Discussion: Combo Color

Based on poll results and feedback from above, I'll likely be looking at the following:

Immediate:
- Add Miss Flag (completed)
- Fix logic for SDG (raw-goods based) to apply with misses (completed)
- Set defaults for SDG & Flag colors to existing colors for no impact to new / uninterested players (will have this completed today)
- Ability to turn on/off these options individually so that logic does not override other options (ie: setting black flag to FC color will show FC color for 1-0-0-0 instead of SDG color if SDG is desired but black flag is not) [underway]

Future:
- Look into a separate menu for Advanced Combo Colors?
- Inclusion of PB-possible run color & logic (raw-goods based)?
- Inclusion of arbitrary raw-goods counts, etc, for the setting of combo color (user-specified)?
