Ok so the government are trying to enforce more strict laws for people who dont wait at level crossings.

Here is an example of why they want new laws and how stupid some of my fellow English people are:

That'd be great in a movie where they are trying to get away. That boy was lucky to only lose his shoe. The laws should have been enforced a long time ago.
