Reflec Beat (iPad/Arcade)
I just got this on my iPad a few days ago and it's really fun! It's free to buy with three songs and $5/4 songs after that. Due to how reflec beat's gameplay works it's almost like every chart is on super shuffle so three songs is plenty to evaluate if you want more or not Atm the score I'm most proud of is 95.3% full combo on smooooch hard, I have AAs on elisha hard and wuv u hard too but hoping for AAAs on them soon.
To anyone who has played the game before: Are there 'best practices' for hand technique? I've been playing as though it was pseudo-solo (three fingers on each hand laid on the screen), but I notice most people play with just one dominant finger on each hand whenever possible. Is this better short term, long term or not at all? And any tips for getting consistent just reflecs? (I'm getting better but sometimes they don't happen even if I get just accuracy, what does the 'flick' need to be like?)

Just take a notice from the better players and adapt their play style to a more comfortable style of your own.

Re: Reflec Beat (iPad/Arcade)
Ok, if you're not sure what song pack to buy for this game, get the song pack with L'erisia Primary Logic in it. I've been resetting the start of the hard 10 chart over and over because it's so fun to practice on haha, lots of 234 bpm 8th streams. Much fun

Re: Reflec Beat (iPad/Arcade)
hm you're probably already better than me (and don't need my "tips"), but...
i use all ten fingers, pinky fingers are rarely used, the others are used in equal amounts. just like how i play jubeat. thumbs are mainly for freezes/holds. Last edited by Emanresu13; 06-5-2013 at 02:10 AM.. |
