I honestly can't find something decently good and not too hard to step right now. You guys got any ideas?

if bmah is interested, would be happy to have him judge. dore is also looking like he'll be judging.

so that's good. back to 3 judges. also... batch will likely close on June 7th. I leave for Philly/Ireland on the 9th, so want to have everything out and to the judges before then.

I could smell him a minute away...

Edit: about the Batch Review thread, here are the notes I gathered while observing each of the judge's comments.

1. Hamu - All Around the World (-) 4/10
-pitch relevancy is wrong off the bat
-inconsistent layering with percussions
-Colored notes are off and aren't necessary most of the time
-once the song gets more into it, you don't seem to be layering the percussions or important beats playing in the background
-needs a lot of work overall

2. All Around the World(GG_Guru) [-] {1/10}
_
Terrible PR, missed rhythms, misrhythms and overall terrible but better than what you've submitted before

3. All Around The World (GG_Guru) [-]
Still sucks, sorry. erroneously steps the flute with misplaced, wrong speed and/or nonexistant slides while missing other melodies, has random 16ths that don't go to anything (if you're trying to step the acoustic guitar you're doing it way wrong).
And it still has the cyan jump thing lmao
It's a bit better than what you sent me but still lacking and unpolished, adding more notes than are present to some patterns while neglecting others. Figure out what you want to step, figure out what it's playing and be consistent about it until the music changes again. Use low rates and assist tick to check everything you do against the music and you'll be well on your way to stepman mastery.
Also, don't use arbitrary patterns. Use the -simplest- pattern you think fits the music (i.e. 24ths, 32nds) and resort to weirder ones if and only if you slow the music down and ensure that it actually IS that weird.
Oh yeah, and in m59 on you're definitely not placing the minijacks quite right.

I just realized that some of the steps aren't PR material when I submitted my file twice. I rushed into it and I guess you can call it procrastinating, but I couldn't pick a better time to do it...anyways, I took these notes deep into consideration because I know what I did wrong.

"Colored Notes"-there's too many, I could try to kick it down a notch.

"Inconsistent PR." *- the beat is steady at the beginning, then lacks pitch relevancy somewhere around the M13...(which is bad if it the measure is over M50+).

Check your emails, assuming that you sent them via email. You should have copies of everything that you have sent.

Bluearrowll = The Canadian player who can not detect awkward patterns. If it's awkward for most people, it's normal for Terry. If the file is difficult but super straight forward, he has issues. If he's AAAing a FGO but then heard that his favorite Hockey team was losing by a point, Hockey > FFR

Not sure about where you're stepping something that's nonexistent, don't have access to the file right now.

And obviously step something else other than what you did.
