Re: 8th Official FFR Tournament - Divisions 1, 2, & 3 Discussion Thread
What I've learned in my first 10 plays: mirror is my friend, I need to work on keeping speed up, there's nothing in this file that I cannot play perfectly. It's just a matter of playing all chunks of song perfectly on one run. This will be a week.
And congrats to the good sightread of beary and to mourningfall (who has improved greatly). |

There are times when I think "I hate rarity". This is one of those times. 0.0

Aaand now I can sleep. Future rounds will be... interesting :P
(Does anyone else find it weird how many tourny songs so far have contained the word "walk"?)

I have this very bad feeling that my ass is gonna get handed to me this round. I can see someone AAAing DownTemperature in D4. It's definitely gonna happen.

Yeah, "Walking on a Dream", "Walking on Water", "Walk on Water" - I had to double check what the tournament song was to make sure I played the right one

Re: 8th Official FFR Tournament - Divisions 1, 2, & 3 Discussion Thread
D1's song is fun this round.
D2's song started out rough for me, but taking some breathers from it and coming back to it helped. I don't think I'll be getting 1000 plays on this song. I'm happy with my 6-0-0-2, but I know I can do better than that. I see a cutoff around 2g again this round I wish we got Move It Groove It [Heavy] as our song this round instead EDIT: take that back. I'm happy with this song. Can't believe that first good I got. Oh well Last edited by anubis2003; 03-1-2013 at 08:05 AM.. |

Re: 8th Official FFR Tournament - Divisions 1, 2, & 3 Discussion Thread
I find the D2 tiebreaker way easier than the normal song even though it's supposed to be 4 ratings higher <_<
wut. now I have 21 goods on both songs
