how come every time I buy a new level it gets rid of all of my secret levels???

Secret levels are gained by simply having the credits.

When you buy a song and lose credits, you no longer meet the amount of credits required for all of the secret songs you had before.

Many of the secret songs require less than 500 credits to unlock them. You could keep a reserve of 500 credits so you don't lose the secret levels.

Lol I just got 600 credits today. I am not that good at this game. Getting 4 through 8 credits a game doesn't get it.

That's why you amass about 20,000, then you don't really have to worry.
