How about you do your own homework? You're plagiarising. If you were at university or college and you were caught you could be expelled.

Not if you have a really big balloon :P

Also, milla we need more deets :/ I personally think your teacher doesn't want you adding more than 75 Earth-weight-equivalents of a gram and doesn't care about the mass of air (and he probably won't let you use helium anyway)

Last time I did this was in a grade 11 CAD class but it worked. I also did this design cause I'm really lazy. I got a small box about twice the size of the egg and shoved cotton equally around all of it fairly tightly. I then taped the end of a rubber band on each of the sides and taped those to the insides of a larger box, as big as the thing can be or a bit under. I then stuffed that less tightly with more cotton. It ends up being so light it doesn't fall very fast with all that air resistance and it cushions the egg nicely.

This is my best rendition of it:

EDIT: **** no idea Darkshark's was so similar. Anyway my teacher dropped mine off a 20 story apartment building and it worked fine. It only went so fast. Maybe if you don't have any other restrictions combine this with the pyramid idea or if you're lazy just put a single panel of cardboard with a lot of surface area at the bottom of your device. Might get blown around and backfire that way though.
