Re: Multiplayer Suggestion
This is a fantastic idea, actually =O
I think to further avoid the ignorance, we should also have it timed ;D For example, instead of making it just so you see the page and then click accept to get past it, make it so you have to spend like, 1-2 minutes on it (just so you can get a goooooooood look at the rules), ON TOP OF having to have the scroll all the way at the bottom. I of course dont know how you would code that. if time elapsed = 02:00 & line 13 (or whatever) in sight, then agreement value = true? +1 from me |

Re: Multiplayer Suggestion
Good idea, but change 'Terms of Agreement' to 'Rules'.
If someone sees 'Terms of Agreement', they are more likely to hit the 'Agree' button and ignore the text than if it was labeled 'Rules'. |

Re: Multiplayer Suggestion
Here's the thing though: there will be clauses stating that if you break the rules, that you will be at fault, If you click agree without reading, you have essentially bound yourself to those rules, and you cannot complain to any other staff that you were wrongfully ejected from the room.

Re: Multiplayer Suggestion
I ensure you that this is not a shameless bump, but if FFR's MP is going to be worked on at all, this really should be looked into. I for one am not going to be looking forward to members repeatedly violating rules and having no sense of etiquette. :/

Re: Multiplayer Suggestion
I do support this, however I believe it should be a bit more than just an "accept to terms," but a more elaborate interactive sort of thing, to ensure even those who do not read that they know the rules at least a little. Like a test after "accept," then a requirement of how many questions to get correct in order to enter, otherwise they have to retake the test or something. Of course this should be given only once, because it will get annoying having to do it repeatedly. I do understand if people do not agree with me, considering issues that could come along with that, but I think it's possible to make it happen.

Re: Multiplayer Suggestion
My support is still 1000%. xD Especially since everything in MP is being redone anyway, this is something quick and easy.
