Rhythm game for a smartphone
Recently ive downloaded an app for my droid similar to stepmania called "Beats". Its alright IMO, but im wondering if anyone knows of other rythum games that would run on a smartphone. Any suggestions?

I don't know if Re-Rave is released for all it's platforms yet, but you can try searching for it. It was created by the makers of ITG. The game play is similar to Elite Beat Agents.

There's a Jubeat simulator on Android, but I'm not sure if it's available for iOS.

Re: Rythum game for a smartphone
True, but most of the time i find myself playing phone games when im waiting in a car or in a waiting room. In a car theres no table and in a waiting room theres usually a table in the middle of the room mad far from the seats or none at all... haha.

Re: Rythum game for a smartphone
rerave, kyle ward's like-ouendan-but-better game
tapmania, stepmania clone tapsonic if you have a korean SSN every edition of tap tap revenge ever, if you have no shame unless there's a technika/jubeat/reflec beat emulator on the market I think that's everything you'd want

Re: Rythum game for a smartphone
Does it have far less lag?

Re: Rythum game for a smartphone
The whole app lags far more than its Apple cousin, but the lag is actually more of a delay rather than sudden freezing. Tapulous noticed this, and put an extra setting in the Settings menu that allows you to adjust the timing of the music in relation to the tappers so you can actually get perfects.
During gameplay, if your phone's screen has a different aspect ratio to the iDevices, a black 'dead zone' appears where there is technically non-existent space. |

Re: Rythum game for a smartphone
Only time I lag is when I'm multitasking. Closing other apps usually solved this for me
