Chik Habit. It has30 Feet Diff on Beginner 13 on Heavy and 18 on Challenge.

It's not Humanly Possable on Beginner.

The hardest song I've played? I don't really know but I've passed VerTex, Tell, Delirium, Energizer, and BSed through Euphoria.

2: Blur 14 feet
3: Hentai Swedevibe 1 foot (if the steps actually had a foot rating it would probably be a 30 at least) and just recently hentai swedevibe crashes stepmania.
4: Death moon
5: Juggernaut 14 feet
6: the song "Ashes" isn't really hard, it's just distracting as hell with the overload of mines and bg changes. yeah it's 1337 feet on challenge lol.
7: Tsugaru (demon step) it is humanly IMPOSSIBLE to evade the mines. 15 feet
8: Frenzy 15 feet
9: Eruption 15 feet
10: Basscadet (sort-of) 14 feet
11: Blur Speedy mix 19 feet
that's about it.

Chik Habit is not level 30. Akuma got a nice score, go search it.
