This sounds a little too wierd to me. Honestly...if you dumped him or whoever dumped who, it's over and it's been over. You should really move on...unless you actually love him too...but moving on and finding another is the safest way...

Tibs, I think this is evidence enough that either threads like this should either be immediately locked, or completely ignored by forum regulars. They don't want to hear what's right, so why even try? It's not even worth postcount +1 or the 1-2 minutes of effort.

A lot of boys are like that mabey he is serious.u should give it another chance and if he trys to get down ur pants and ur not ready yet then tell him that ur not redy and walk away.

It's probably better to ask someone you know who is more aware of the situation. Opinions and a-hole's, nuff said. Unless you don't understand the quote that is.

But... there has been some very sound advice given in this thread, and "if it were me" *is being a hypocrite I suppose* I wouldn't risk getting used by the guy.

The picture you have painted of him is that of a potential user, and that he's alone looking for something to fill the hole until next time. That's why most are responding the way they are. Whatever path you take, just don't expect him to have changed his ways and that things will be any different then the last time you were together. Whether it's love or not.

Emmathuaneliette, when the majority of people say not to date him because he's being manipulative, especially the slightly older people who have been through what you're going through (gasp! There are actually people older than you who can relate to teen angst!), you should listen to them, not a small minority of optimistic "U GO GIRL I GOT CHOO BACK!! ^_^" thinkers. You came here for advice on the smart thing to do. You didn't, or at least shouldn't, come here to hear what you want to hear when you're in an extremely doubtful state of mind. You just want some "assurance" that what you really want to do is the thing that you "should" do, and your responses to this thread are making it quite clear.

For the love of God, Allah, Jehovah, and that 6-armed Hindu goddess, reject him. If... no, when you come back here crying about how it didn't work out and the whole thing was ****, we'll all simply say, "we told you so."

And if you're not sure, wouldn't the logical answer be, "no?" It's not like there aren't other guys out in the world and you're risking a lot by not doing it; ones you don't formerly know to be crappy boyfriends. Do you want to go out with him because you actually think it can work out this time, or do you just want a boyfriend?
