What do I do when I have to sneeze while playing FFR? I just lost my FC that I was this close to getting, because I had to sneeze.

you hold your breath so air doesnt pass through your nose and wont tickle it more causing you to slowly lose the urge to sneeze

keep your eyes open for as long as you can, then do a really fast sneeze, so youre only closing your eyes for like half a second

To stop a sneeze press your tongue against the top of your mouth as hard you can. You will either decrease the blast volume immensely or eliminate the sneeze altogether. (probably the latter)
