Well aware, but I thought it was an upgrade.

We ended the run with like 12 Abyss Crystals anyway. Every token that dropped was Pally/Priest/Lock, of which we had 0. And Holydin Plate dropped like mad.

That's the exact stuff that dropped for us. We had 9 crystals at the end of our run. There was a lucky druid that made out with a TON of leather gear. Be it for their main or off spec. To be fair, I would have liked to see more stuff go towards off spec for people. It's just a waste of an epic if gets de'd.

It's funny, now that I've leveled my paladin, none of the holy plate is dropping, even though when I was running it on my warrior that's all that would drop.

Decided to level a druid up since my realm is lacking both healers and tanks...badly. Probably the easiest thing in the world to do. Cat form and go.

It's the 7.0 token but still better than that damn blue leather thing I was using.

And I finally finished naxx. That was awesome in itself.

I got the robes off maly 10 today, so now I'm using the haste trinket off of Mu'ru that I got back at 70 instead of my hit trinket. It lowers my "gear score" but tbh I couldn't care less it ups my dps. I'll need the hit trinket again when I finally upgrade my mainhand.

rofl why do you have greens equipped

from bc to wotlk i never equipped a green once because they were never upgrades from the blues i was wearing

search for quest reward blues and sort them descending by item level

go complete the quest for the highest one on the list

Because these greens were upgrades from the blues/greens I was wearing.

Also I hate group quests, so I didn't get very many blues. And is also the reason I'm not going to bother for that wand you linked. As for the reason I don't like group quests, I prefer not to bother my guildmates who have better things to do, and I can't stand pugs at all. My server's pugs tend to be very bad.

So now even though I'm the highest dps on my paladin in my guild, they want me to tank.

Or heal.

Wut I choose?

I have a decent set of gear (with int and kings and shammy buffs, all from a 10 man raid, I have around 20k mana and 2k sp), but I'm a total noob at healing.

And I wanted to get away from tanking by leveling a paladin. I have enough defense/health/armor to do heroics, (540, 22k, 23k) but my dodge and parry suck.

Stupid guild.

Our guild started running weekly naxx10 runs last week. We did OK, but not too stellar.

This week we immediately started with Construct and won with no wipes. Then we did Military and won with no wipes. Then we did Plague and won with no wipes. Then we started Arachnid before someone realized that we had gone long over our allotted time.

People died so it's not an undying run, but considering we pugged 4 people for this run, that's pretty impressive.

Before that, I was in an OS25 pug run (I always pug OS25) and there was another elemental shaman there. And he pulled 6k dps.

Pretty sick, until I found out how. It's a problem with Recount. Once you disable the 'pet damage' part of it, he only did 4k. He used his magma totem because I was in the raid and I was dropping the 280sp raid totem.

I don't see how that's a problem with Recount. Damage done by a shaman's totem should be added in to the shaman's DPS...

Not counting the totem is like not counting a mage's blizzard into their DPS.

I understand that, but when I drop my magma totem, it doesn't say Sqek + Totem = Sqek. I broke them apart after seeing the Sarth run and he did 4k and his totem did 2.4, so they gave him 6.4k dps. In my naxx runs, I drop magma for packs of enemies like the skitters or the maggots or the bats and such. The totem did 2.4 and I did 2.9, so they gave me 3.2, not 5.3.

But honestly it shouldn't be included because totems are not pets. He was using it as a means to achieve the highest DPS, and it only worked because there was another elemental shaman in the raid.
