I completely agree with your posts there. Even if you're reading somebody as human, there is absolutely no way you have more certainty that somebody besides yourself is more human than the only player in the game you have perfect knowledge of. Not voting there was glaring, especially since he would have bit the bullet himself before the Xiz switch at the last moment. It only makes sense if he didn't want to lose two wolves in one lynch.
