Naps

Who else likes them? I know you can consider them unproductive, but say you have the time to waste; would you take one? Personally i love naps, given i run on about 3 a day. I get a total of about four and a half hours of sleep in a whole day between all those naps, occasionally more. My body just doesn't like to sleep for more than an hour and a half at a time. so i LOVE naps, they are what keep me running.

Naps are essential to keep you energized for the day. A college friend of mine suggested that a daily half hour nap is needed to keep you awake until midnight. Personally I would like to take a nap as well, but haven't found the time to do so yet, since I tend to be really busy with schoolwork.

EDIT: Since I won't be playing FFR as much next semester (since I pretty much maxed out my stats at the moment haha), I could spare some of my FFR time for napping time instead ;]

I love taking naps because it feel really refreshed and that i can stay up for a while to finish/do whatever

I ****ing love naps like no other. Whenever my daughter takes her daily hour long naps, i'm right there next to her. She tires me out :c

I despise naps, everytime I wake up from one I feel more tired than I was before. It's terrible x.x

I usually don't nap because whenever I do I die for over 5 hours which ****s up my sleep cycle

^ I really wish I could take naps, but I never want to wake up from them. And when I finally do decide to wake up I feel like I wasted a ton of time.

i rarely nap.. only because it really messes with my sleeping schedule. if i were to nap now, i would most likely sleep for 2-3 hours then be up all night. its not that i dont enjoy them, i just need to keep somewhat of a normal sleeping schedule.

If I take a nap even if it's for like 30 minutes I get no sleep

though lately I am pretty sleepless anways

What would be a normal 6 hour night's sleep for me is broken into 2 (sometimes 3) naps throughout the day. I've had some insomnia trouble so I usually sleep from 2-5am (sometimes 6), and when I get back from work at 4pm, usually sleeping until 6:30 or 7ish, and then have dinner.

Needless to say, I love any nap I can get.

I always get cool daydreams when I take naps. Also when running on less than 8 hours of sleep, it's a perfect booster and is actually very healthy to take 20 minute naps in the middle of the day.
