Re: Music Works In Progress Thread
The snare in that one sounds a lot more full than some snares you've used in the past. I like it, and that one definitely has character haha.

Re: Music Works In Progress Thread
tanks nig
I turned down the rest of the mix to be honest haha, been going through a period where I've focused more on trying to get it to sound loud rather than just as well mixed as possible, sound over sight |

yah I've had that problem before, updating it fixed things for me. If you're using a cracked version, upgrading is probably your only option. If you didn't save the synths you designed you might lose them though. |

but i'm able to open the project and edit it if i jump through a few hoops, maybe i could copy everything into a different file idk

Re: Music Works In Progress Thread
Just make sure if you're working with a cracked version of reaktor to always save the ensembles you design in it or they'll be goonnneee if you make any changes to the registry in reaktors program files.

Re: Music Works In Progress Thread
reaktor is just being a latino in a jar
i'm gonna try and get this project to a publishable preview level then export everything important to a different file

Re: Music Works In Progress Thread
your first attempt at making anything in FL and you already grasp the concept of snares strictly on downbeats, reverse snares and kicks for whiplash, and organized 8th hats that don't sound like you just opened FL for the first time
i'm impressed |

I like it, but I don't. Hmm...
It's good for just starting up in a new DAW. Keep going.
