Her best bet would probably be to use the Contact Us button at the bottom of the page.

She hasn't done anything wrong. FFR hasn't had a new member since October 5th due to problems with image verifications and the sort. I've brought it up a couple of times but it doesn't seem to have been fixed yet.

i believe i fixed it... i disabled the image verification and put back the human verification questions.
