Upon even further review (voting. Who was all human. Others' posts.) my vote goes back to sleeplss
I had made a mistake in my logic, but I corrected it.

"Arr! That be the last of the traitors!" shouts Dawkins, pointing angrily at SleeplessDragn.

"Ye simply don't understand, Cap'n!" shouts Sleepless. "I was bein' yer loyal matey fer nine years! And now ye be stabbin' me in th' back like this!"

"Ye knew full well what ye was gettin' into!" the Captain retorts. "After we wrecked, I was tellin' ye four men were not enough to run a crew! I told ye I was hirin' more men!"

"I know, Cap'n, but-"

"No buts! Ye were sayin', "O, Cap'n, we're ye loyal crew! They be nothin' but sea rats!" And what did I say?"

"That if we were crafty enough t' send 'em all t' Davy Jones' locker, that ye wouldn't hire new men," replies Sleepless.

"Right, and ye couldn't even do it! Ye got found out, all o' ye!" shouts the Captain. "They killed all ye mates, they did! An' now they're fixin' t' kill ye, too! Even in secrecy ye couldn't kill 'em! If ye can't kill people in th' dead o' night, how can I expect ye to kill 'em in broad daylight!"

"But I fought by ye side!" pleads Sleepless. "I was ye trusty crewman fer so long!"

"Times 'r changin!" barks Dawkins. "Th' British n' Spanish navies are both after our folk! They be better trained than they used t' be, n' ye knows it! Fightin' strength is bein' important, ye know! And so's smarts! And ye were supremely dumb! Ye' votin' t' kill people on 'hunches' and expectin' they not be figgerin' ye out! Ye dumb dog!"

Sleepless hangs his head in shame.

"And ye be complainin' that I be hirin' a new crew, when ye bein' that dumb!" says Dawkins. "Cenright had more smarts than any o' ye! That's why he was me first mate! But even he wasn't as smart as these landlubbers! Couldn't keep himself from bein' caught!"

The Captain turns to his crew.

"What are ye waitin' fer? Put yer swords in him!"

The crew complies, and within seconds Sleepless is covered with fourteen sword wounds and collapses in a heap.

"Cypher!" yells the Captain. "Ye were bein' one 'f the investigators I hired, but they were never onto ye fer a second. Ye did a good job at not makin yerself suspicious. Ye can be me first mate."

"Arr!" shouts Cypher.

"Let us set sail!" shouts the Captain. "But first, we drink. T' a new crew - a united crew!"

"ARR!" shout the pirates.

"Murderous, ravenous villians are we!
Th' pirate life's th' one for me!
We kill! We hijack! We plunder with glee,
Th' pirate life's th' one for me!
Criminals, all, but at least, men, we're free!
Th' pirate life's th' one for me!"

Game over. The Humans win!
